Chef Fermin's Cooking Class

Morelia United Special Event!

Please join us for this first-ever master cooking class by Tata Mezcaleria's owner/chef, Fermin Ambas. He will instruct attendees (in Spanish and English) on preparing a three-course menu.

Attendees will receive printed recipes, a gift tote with two Tata shot glasses, and a complimentary meal with two drinks: agua de día and a passionfruit cocktail.

Cost is $1,200 MXN.

 

Course Menu

The course menu will include:

  • Entrada—Sopa tarasca tradicional
  • Principal Plato—Corunditas con carne de chamorro en salsa a la naranja
  • Postre—Mousse de maracuyá
